Whether your issue is straightforward or complicated, our pain doctors will help you with individualized care. This will include a detailed work up designed to figure out the cause of your pain, followed by  a treatment regimen that will have a very high chance of helping you get the relief you want!

Both medication management and interventional pain treatments are offered, often in combination. Regenerative medicine treatment with stem cell procedures are also offered to help repair and regenerative damaged tissues, rather than just offer relief.

Dr. Didier Demesmin, M.D. is an Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist who is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He is the founder of University Pain Medicine Center.

He graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he received the prestigious award for Academic Excellence in Anesthesiology.

He completed an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship Program at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons/St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Medical Center in New York.

Daniel Rothstein, MD, MBA

Daniel Rothstein, MD, MBA is an Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist who is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Fellowship trained in Pain Medicine.

He completed his Surgical Internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City followed by residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Rochester. Dr. Rothstein then completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, one of the most prestigious pain fellowship programs in the country.

During his fellowship he received extensive training in diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of pain syndromes, with additional focus on cancer related pain and palliative care.

Tony George, DO

Tony George, DO is an Interventional Spine Specialist who is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

He completed his Transitional Internship at St Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA and completed his residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. He then completed his Interventional Spine Fellowship in the Department of Orthopedics at University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA.

During his fellowship he got additional training in treating acute and chronic sports injuries among the high school and college athletes at the Orthopedic Sports Clinic.
